Positive: It was a quiet hotel

Negative: The breakfast was nothing hot unless u wanted oatmeal. When booking they didn't tell you the pool was down for maintenance we would have stayed somewhere else.

Negative: Pool under construction - for months!!! Updates in rooms were poorly done, check in was horribly slow for a group of rooms, exterior door security is negligible

Negative: I have been fighting to get my deposit back. The property is just shuffling me around. Property was pretty trashy. Hallways are nasty. Rooms are clean.

Positive: We hope to keep the dakota in mind when we return for another visit especially when ya complete your pool room renovation or repairs ... we do enjoy a relaxing hot tub/jacuzzi

Negative: would be nice to have an extra blanket but we forgot to turn off the cool air before sleep

Positive: The breakfast was good but I think it should've had an option of meat-bacon or sausage links etc. The receptionists when I checked in and checked out were very friendly. I LOVE the outdoor courtyard.

Negative: My blanket was torn. There was a big spider web in the corner above the lamp.

Summary: I felt safe and sound.

Positive: For an overnight stay,it was affordable,the gal that comes in about 8am in the morning to work the front desk was very helpful,I wish I could have gotten her name,she was absolutely the best.

Negative: If you're planning a trip and have kids pick another motel for now the swimming area is being worked on,

Positive: Location was good.

Negative: They were remodeling the pool area and we didn't know about it before we booked it. Very disappointed. Breakfast was not like it was described either. Disappointed.
