Positive: Super clean hotel with great food which is not granted in all inclusive hotels. Modern furniture and well equipped spa area with adult only option. We loved the view from our room. Our room was a superior one with modern furniture and it was very big. Pool adult play area, and quiet reading room is a plus for who wants to enjoy some private time.We are definitely going back.
Negative: The kids activities were lagging but the room was so equipped that it wasn't a problem at all.

Positive: Location, pool, spa, staff
Negative: Dinner is now mostly buffet, and the restaurant is not properly set up for this. It’s very cramped and small in the buffet area for the number of guests. The sit down dinner portions are ridiculously small- this would work for a 5-7 course meal not 3. Food itself is good.
Summary: Nice hotel

Positive: Great food, atmosphere, location, staff, facilities, everything. From start to finish we were looked after and would love to return in the future
Negative: Some slight improvements to the room if I was being picky, couldn’t get the secondary lights to turn on that went onto the wooden decking before the balcony. Headlamp above bed was limp, but nothing of note/ that impacted the trip.
Summary: Had an amazing time, would love to return & thankyou to the staff for making it a great stay.
