Positive: The size of the room was massive, and it was a huge plus! We also really enjoyed the food and the spa facilities.

Negative: The prices for drinks in the evening are pretty high. The glass of wine is around 9 euros per glass, and for the tap water you pay 4-5 euros per bottle.

Summary: Overall, we had a great time there with my boyfriend and enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Really appreciated the free upgrade. Room was fab. Amazing spa. Great having ski shop and ski lift on site

Negative: Didn't understand why the windows were always open next to the indoor swimming pool. We were taking a pre breakfast swim daily and it was always chilly.

Negative: This is not our first time at this hotel and we have the opportunity to compare how it was and how it is now. The cost of services has increased significantly, while their quality has also dropped significantly. I do not want to write about the poor training of unfriendly staff, a modest buffet and other little things. I will tell you about the main thing. 1. The heating in the hotel is not optimized. The room was unbearably hot! To get a comfortable environment, you had to constantly keep the door to the balcony open. As a result, both nature and the street were heated. At the same time, there was a risk of returning home after a vacation in a sick state. But the main thing is that heating the street is an unproductive expense, which is most likely included in the cost of guests' stay. Isn't it? For such a large hotel, this is a lot of money! I do not want to teach anyone. I suggest analyzing and drawing conclusions. 2. There is no locking device on the toilet door, if this door can be door. This causes great discomfort. I do not want to develop this topic, I hope everything is clear. 3. A boarding house of this level is not a hotel for transit clients. This is the main thing! I hope for your understanding.

Positive: Beautiful property. In a fantastic location, connected to ski shop and lift. Food and staff are excellent. Lovely and quiet village but with amazing slopes and easy (free) access to even more in nearby Solden.

Negative: It is expensive and it was not great that having spent a week and a lot of money, when asking if a late checkout was available, being told it was €50 for 2 hours extra.
