Positive: Great property very clean everything you could need in a property could accommodate the whole family for our gathering with outside space for the children and dog to play

Negative: This was our fault but we didn't give the hot tub long enough to heat up but that was due to none of the party knew how to operate

Positive: Croft Farm is simply a stunning property. Is spacious, tastefully decorated, fully equipped and with lots of character. We couldn't quite believe how much better it was 'in real life' than we had expected from the photos (and the photos already look amazing, so you can do your maths!). In addition Peter, the owner, was very kind to us, which we appreciated after the managing company had appeared quite cold and business focused. All in all we had a fabulous time and it perfectly suited our needs. We were so so so sad to have to leave and will certainly go back if we can.

Negative: The managing company, who dealt with the booking and the payment, appeared relatively impersonal and cold to us as customers.
