Summary: This was my first experience with VRBO and I found it very comfortable and enjoyed my stay for two nights. I was in town to participate in family member’s college graduation. I checked in late the first night so I was pleasantly surprised that the property was close to the historic Ingleside Village area where I found lovely shops and good eats as well the next morning.

Summary: Very nice property. Quiet street. Nice bedrooms. Lovely outdoor space in the back yard. A couple of things would have made it more pleasant but were certainly not deal breakers for staying there. We had three people staying, but there are only two chairs for the dining table in the kitchen. One of us had to stand for the three of us to eat together. Also, there was not a stopper that fit the tub to take a bath...more of a convenience than anything else. Hosts are good communicators and seem very friendly. We would stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our short stay at the Cozy House.Everything was picture perfect and the host was helpful as needed. House was very clean and comfortable and the fenced in outdoor patio was an added bonus. Would highly recommend staying here.
