Positive: Quiet location, well thought out accommodation which suited our family. Everything you need is included, towels etc, nice touches like a nice welcome food basket, fridge items. Cleaning materials & equipment available. Private enclosed parking area with patio & furniture.

Positive: Location was nice and secluded, but ideally located for the Woodpecker Rally based in Ludlow that we were attending. The house was well equipped and very clean. Bathrooms could be a tad more spacous but none the less excellently equipped and clean with nice powerful showers.

Negative: Not much to not like...

Positive: Location was fantastic. So quiet apart from the odd tractor. WIFI was good. Excellent kitchen diner. Plenty of space to park a car and 4 motorbikes.

Negative: Bedrooms had quite low sloping ceilings. Not good for tall bikers, though you soon get use to them!

Positive: Great location for walking and also very close to Delbury Hall wedding location which was ideal for us. A lovely little welcome basket was provided as well as tea and coffee. The property is bright and warm with a great kitchen diner.

Negative: Part of the character of the property, which cant be helped, are low cellings and beams so a few bumped heads are to be expected.

Summary: Lovely bright place to stay with family or friends in the heart of the countryside.

Positive: Beautiful Barn conversion very tastefully done out = love the Oak! - Offers everything you could possibly want. Plenty of space for our two families - Good attention to detail - Lovely welcome basket. Much to offer in the surrounding area - thoroughly enjoyed Ludlow Castle and Ludlow Brewing Co! Well worth a visit if you want to get a flavour of Shropshire Swan Hotel -Great meal at a good price!

Negative: Not the easiest of places to get to and from - lots of single-track roads. The nearest Pub the Tally Ho was shut the whole time we were there!! Neither of these issues reflect or have anything to do with the property, We had a great time.

Positive: A lovely comfortable, clean secure property with full cooker/fridge freezer facilities. We liked the fact that you can securely park outside and shut the gate, which was important to us as we travelled as a group riding on motorcycles. Location is suitable for visiting the historic town of Ludlow which was very interesting with some nice pubs to dine in. We also rode into Wales for several visits. There is a barbecue on site, which we made good use of. We would certainly recommend this place to stay at.

Negative: There was not really anything we did not like about the property.
