Positive: Great value, has everything you need, comfortable. We stayed here to here hike Old Rag which is only 15/20 minutes away so it served all our needs. Fire pit outside which we used with nearby firewood. At the end of their street is a cozy brewery/winery on a hill.
Negative: Only note is that it is directly next to the owners home which is slightly evident in the pictures and not a big problem, but just note that you aren’t completely remote in this way.
Summary: Great location, great value, has all the essentials.

Positive: Great location to Shenandoah National Park. Super clean, well equipped, and comfortable beds. We really appreciated the Roku streaming and WiFi. Would definitely recommend, if you’re in the area. Also suggest bringing in food / groceries. We had dinner in Sperryville at Rappahannock Pizza Kitchen. Great place and not too far.
