Positive: Lovely quiet location with easy access to local town. Good off road and secure parking. Lovely pub 50 yds away serving great food.

Negative: Accommodation was spotlessly clean and well laid out. However some basic kitchen utensils missing and many were past their best….particularly the plastic cutlery.

Positive: Self Catering Bit tricky exiting the property due to there always being cars parked in front of pub next door and opposite across the lane making it difficult to turn.. Plus very bad hole in end of the driveway which you also have to try and avoid.

Negative: Some aspects of cleanliness could have been much better.Tablecloth on main dining table ,very dirty. Stains on carpets in lounge and dining room and also in Upper bedroom..Fire in lounge had not been cleaned ie ashes still in grate and some small stains in front of it on carpet. Stressless chair in corner of lounge had hairs on it and dirty along knee edge and headrest. Could have been waste bags in small bins. Could it be down to end of season woe or maybe a change of cleaner might be beneficial.

Summary: Lovely property beautifully equipped made for good break despite the odd problems above
