Positive: Location overlooks Mounts Bay to the side and over the valley to the front. Views are excellent. House is comfortable and adequately warmed at this time of year by oil filled rads. Bed was very comfortable. Good wifi.

Negative: Decoration is a bit tired and has obvious previous damp problems. Kitchen equipment is a bit sparse. Biggest problem was not being told the road outside had been closed so we had to find another way in, that was not obvious. Luckily our daughter lives in the village so I do know my way around. Never met the owners.

Summary: Convenient and adequate for us.

Positive: The cottage is clean and tidy with full amenities and close to penzance. Fantastic view through the front door. Really loved our stay, found it very comfortable. Lots of nice pubs locally, all doing great food. Can highly recommend, maybe back next year.

Positive: This was a beautiful old building. Had such an amazing view. Very quirky eclectic interior, with some very interesting pieces to admire. It has a warm and inviting energy. Only a short drive in any direction to such beautiful beaches. Dee the owner was lovely.

Negative: Only criticism was it wasn't easy to locate as there was no name on the entrance. Drove up and down a few times, but the lovely lady there who was care taking while the own was away was on hand to call for directions.

Positive: Marvelous place! The view from the window is directly on the st. Michael castle. The apparent has fantastic spirit. It was cold outside and we were using the tube (sauna) which was very relaxing! A lot of details combined with elegant design. Amazing host Dee was always in touch!

Negative: The towels were smelling not fresh. And it wasn’t possible to change them.
