Positive: Our host Bronwen was incredibly helpful and communicative. She made it simple for us. It was dark and raining on arrival and she collected us from the station. The location was ideal with an incredible backdrop of scenery right outside the door. The shower and kitchen facilities were much better than most places and extra little touches like milk and biscuits. There are bus stops either side of the road a short walk away if you want to leave the car and visit different areas. TV services was excellent and no problems with reception. Large fridge and separate large freezer was a bonus. Outdoor seating to enjoy the backdrop with your coffee. Highly recommended.

Negative: No bad points. Sad to have to leave.

Positive: Location was perfect for walks from the door. Spacious kitchen with everything we needed. Large shower cubicle and lovely views from the upstairs living room.

Negative: The double bed was a bit small for us but we knew it would be when we booked.

Positive: we loved the cottage it was spotless and had everything you would need for a home from home holiday stunning views and lots of wildlife

Negative: it was alittle far out from everything and in a very hilly location. and only a double bed a king fir thst little more room and comfort would of been nice.

Positive: Views from property were great. Little patio area caught the evening sun. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. The location near the canals and offas dyke path were perfect for us.

Negative: The lounge being upstairs took a bit of getting used to (but the views were even better !).

Positive: Lovely location and facilities. Bronwen was in the garden when we arrived so she handed keys over and gave a tour of property and facilities. Rooms were all quite spacious and comfortably furnished. Beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. Ideal location for where we wanted to be and for exploring local area. Plenty of parking space. Would stay here again if back in the area at any time.

Positive: The cottage was spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen. Beds and linen were clean and very comfortable. We stayed during the winter and it was so wonderfully warm. The view from the cottage is exceptional. The cottage location is a 10 min drive to Llangollen and has many great walks not too far away. I would love to come back.

Negative: It had snowed before we arrived and the roads to the cottage were a bit slippery. We didn't have any issues but I was a little nervous. The road has salt tubs all the way along so I am guessing it is salted regularly by residents.
