Positive: Loved the location between Queenstown and Arrowtown (out of town) and the space of the property for kids to run outside. The wine and breakfast plus coffee was a nice touch. The cottage was lovely, with old charm and had good basic facilities. More spacious than a hotel room.

Negative: Front door lock instructions need slight change. Tv would be good but we had wifi and computer.

Positive: The place was beautiful, and the hosts were very helpful. Amenities like the washer and the kitchen were clean, well-maintained, and functioned well. The overall space is more than adequate for a family of 4-6, and they provided fun games and books to keep everyone entertained. Internet connection was also really good.

Positive: Last minute booking and a great find. Really easy access to Arrowtown, Lake Hayes Estate and surrounds. Comfortable and characterful cottage that was well insulated remaining warm in the 4oC mornings and cool in the 25oC days. Mia was a great hostess making contact in advance of our arrival, explaining access to the property and also leaving some provisions to start us off. Nespresso machine a bonus for great morning coffees.

Negative: I found nothing to dislike.

Summary: Wonderfully restful stay in a characterful cottage.

Positive: short answer: everything. We loved staying here it was very comfortable and had everything you could need. the location was nice and quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle of Queenstown but close enough so that getting in to explore or shop was pretty easy to do.

Negative: i can't think of very much, the beds had i think heated blankets on them under the bedding so there was a little hard plastic ball or something in them that if you slept too far over would dig into your back... that's about it really everything else was great.

Summary: a great location to stay if you want to explore the Queenstown area but don't like staying in cities
