Positive: Friendly helpful staff. Room nice and comfortable. Nice bathroom (no hairs).Well laundered or maybe new sheets (no hairs).

Negative: Pillows were solid and fulsome a bit difficult to get comfortable on. Shower in bath did not work but there was a shower cubicle too. Had a snack of garlic mushrooms which were inedible - I was given another snack in lieu. Could have done with more tea, milk and coffee sachets with the kettle and maybe some bottled water?
