Positive: We absolutely loved this little cottage and its location just at the start of croke Patrick, it was so clean and cosy 😀

Negative: For me and I wouldn't let this put anyone off , I did think the bed was a but hard bit I like a soft mattress.

Positive: Excellent location with Tavern pub,restaurant within a 2 minute walk. Beautiful garden and views. Great beaches close by

Negative: House wasn't cleaned properly. Food from previous guests left in bread bin. One bedroom smelled of damp. Vegetables on kitchen floor. Main lights in bedrooms don't work. Cleaned the whole house ourselves and even cleaned the couch to get rid of the smell. With two young kids this standard isn't right for the price we paid. The outside area with the bbq etc is dirty. The bbq needed cleaned before use and we never used it because of this.

Positive: Excellent location, near the start of the trail to climb Croagh Patrick, guided walks and beaches. Great base for visiting South and West Mayo. A bonus is how close it is to Roonagh, where you can ferry to Clare Island. There are 2 GREAT pubs, within walking distance. Campbells, and The Tavern which also serves award winning food at a reasonable price. We were quite comfortable here, the rooms warmed up easily, the kitchen well equipped.
