The Cottage in The Blueberry Patch at Panther Creek offers nature-lovers a unique opportunity to stay in a new cottage (construction completed in 2019) featuring a stone and cedar facade, wrap-a-round porch, outdoor shower, private grilling portico with masonry fireplace and 2 acres of natural landscape. The home is privately located adjacent to the National Forest's Panther Creek Recreational Area. This beautiful cottage has a full kitchen, soaring reclaimed wood ceilings, great-room fireplace, king master suite on main with heated bathroom floor and walk-in shower. A queen suite is located on the second level, and a queen couch in the living room sleeps extra guests. The cottage is centrally located between the two quaint cities of Clarkesville and Clayton, Georgia outside of Tallulah Falls. Just a short drive to Helen, and Sky Valley, GA; Highlands and Cashiers, NC. Day trips to include Asheville, NC as well as Blueridge, Hiawassee, and Blairsville, GA. Come stay with Us!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, well laid out, and what I really appreciate is the host had more than the basic essentials. The house was very private and cozy. So many wonderful hiking trails nearby. The town of Clayton is adorable with wonderful restaurants.

Summary: This place is SUPER clean and adorable!! Kitchen and living area are spacious for just hanging. Lovely shower in the main bath with rainhead and heated floors. Plenty of windows for natural light! Beds were comfortable with nice thick quilts for cuddling. The outdoor area is amazing! Porch wraps around with rocking chairs AND lounging chairs to relax and watch the bears play around out front. The best part though...this place is DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE PANTHER CREEK TRAILHEAD and the falls were FABULOUS! What a treat this place is! We had a great time and enjoyed it all. (Note: this place has another BEAUTIFUL house across the way so it would be PERFECT for a two family or two couples stay and still have your own privacy and space)
