Positive: It's a great location, rooms are fairly basic, clean and a bit pricey, overall it is comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful.

Negative: I expected breakfast to be included in price

Positive: Central location. Ample opportunities for shopping around Connaught Place. Staff were courteous.

Negative: Rooms are small and cluttered. Service doesn't meet expectations. No clothes' hangers were provided at the time of check in. Toiletries weren't provided. Soap and shampoo dispensers weren't working. Fan and bedside plug point weren't working. Soiled towels were removed, but new towels weren't provided until asked. Pricing is too high for the service provided.

Positive: The location of the hotel was easy to find and identify. The staffs for house keeping were exceptional and always made sure to follow through on a daily basis. Overall the staffs are welcoming and polite.

Negative: The timing breakfast was not good. It didn't allow for those who are normally eat in the late morning. So I didn't get any breakfast from the hotel
