Summary: From start to finish, we had a wonderful stay. Parking was clearly marked, check-in procedures for using the keyless lock were easy to follow, the room was comfortable and inviting, and the food at the restaurant was amazing. We really appreciated having access to the second floor sitting room - it made for a relaxing entry into our morning. The restaurant staff were personable, welcoming, and gracious. In addition, the town itself was an antique-lovers delight with several shops to peruse. We are already considering when we can visit again.

Summary: It was a very cute place and well-maintained. Very quiet and cute little town… My wife loves antique stores and there are several and she says that they were well worth the trip. We were both impressed by the staff in the restaurant … very friendly, great service and good food! There are other restaurants in the town, but we ended up for the most part eating in the restaurant in the hotel. Bravo Zulu… We will definitely be back.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cornish Inn. The location was perfect (we were visiting friends in the area), the price was reasonable, the staff and facilities were excellent (we particularly appreciated having the quality restaurant in the inn and had both our dinner & breakfast there). The one thing we noticed that made our review good rather than excellent was that the road noise outside our room windows was quite loud until after midnight and started up again pretty early - around 6AM. It’s not something the Inn can control and the other wonderful factors that we appreciated about the Inn compensated but it did impact our night’s rest. We would still stay there again.

Summary: Our room was bright and clean. The mattress was slightly trenched but nothing major. Addition of a second floor coffee/tea sitting space was nice. Lindsay’s restaurant is excellent. Be prepared for a noisy early evening on weekends as the local motorheads flex their horsepower. All-in-all a delightful little place for a good dinner, great breakfast and a good night’s sleep. PS: restaurant is a separate business.

Summary: The bar and restaurant were excellent, wish we stayed in a warmer climate so we could have enjoyed a coffee or drink on your amazing porch taking in the nice small town views.

Summary: You want to feel like you’re at home? This is the place. Inn keeper knew who I was when I walked in the door and that was customer service approach thru our stay. We went to Stone mountain arts center for concert, had apps in bar prior.. we were welcomed back to the inn and questioned with how was the concert as we closed out our night back at bar. Breakfast staff at Lindsay’s was quick with the coffee and food was Amazing!!! Home cooked meal- fresh! Inn keeper saw us after breakfast and had a great conversation. Customer service 100%. They remembered they were genuine, not something that happens often. Great job Cornish Inn we WILL be back!

Summary: It is an old inn built in 1867, but quaint and very nicely decorated. The staff was very welcoming and the room was comfortable.

Summary: We stayed one night at the Cornish Inn. We were in room 19, The Captain’s Quarters. The room was huge and thoughtfully decorated with antique chairs and furniture in keeping with the old inn theme. The bed was comfortable and a mini fridge was provided. The room had tons of windows which let in a lot of natural light. We appreciated the pull down shades once night fell. We ate dinner at Lindsey’s downstairs and were so glad we did. The food was outstanding! We also appreciated the heads up to get a reservation right away when we checked in, as we probably would not have thought of it. We had a great experience at this inn and would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.
