Positive: Lovely modern apartment with everything you could need, including bath and shower options. Location was perfect for the event we attended at Hackney church. Easy self check in once more information was received closer to check in date and host was attentive and communicative.

Negative: Hand rail down the stairs would be beneficial as not easy when carrying luggage.

Positive: Everything. Fully equipped, spotlessly clean, enclosed parking, friendly neighbours,gorgeous bed linen, lovely shower & bath, WiFi, HiFi and a Grand Piano!!! You couldn’t want hut more!

Positive: good location and very easy to access local facilities, the bathroom was great and the property was furnished to a good standard. plenty of dishwasher tablets and good instructions on how to get access. The towels were nice and fresh and plenty were provided.

Negative: it states it has parking but then when we got there the message said it should be free but is first come first served so can be a risk. There was an opened bottle of wine in the fridge and some beer but no milk to make tea or coffee, the coffee provided had seen better days as was all crusty at the top of the container. The bathroom toiletries were to an acceptable but not high standard. It was also very hot and there is not great ventilation. The door to the loft is key code only which was very flimsy so if someone can get into the courtyard it is not very secure. I also think it would have benefited from a bit of a deeper clean on the sofa and floor area.

Summary: great location and good bathroom, could do with a bit of work on the extras to make it more exclusive.
