Positive: What a lovely Pub. Very Nice staff, friendly locals, a busy vibe as people obviously used the pub for their evening meals and to socialise with friends after work. We had a comfortable twin room which is a purpose built annex next to the pub. the room had everything we needed, was warm, clean and comfortable. We got an uninterupted, comfortably nights sleep And a fabulous breakfast. The Chef at breakfast was such a nice man and made us fee really welcome. Good value for money.

Negative: I couldn't find how to turn off the fan in the bathroom. But that could have been me!

Summary: A great find, off the beaten track but we would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

Negative: Some of the seating cushions were a little past their sell by date for the hard chairs/benches.

Positive: Clean comfortable room. Plenty of parking and outside seating in the garden. Didn't eat here as didn't have time. Staff friendly and helpful
