2/230 Beach Road is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation. This Ground Floor Unit is the pick of the Complex known as The Commodore. Looking for a holiday but on a budget? Then this ground floor unit is for you.It is an older style complex, but your unit has been freshly painted throughout and completely re-furbished. New bathroom and kitchen.Featuring 2 bedrooms both with Built- ins, open plan living & dining, separate laundry with access to the service area, single lock up garage.The kitchen is small but fully renovated new, everything you require is right here for a holiday or getaway. A dishwasher, microwave a beautiful large fridge, and oven.Walk out onto your own private terrace with Expansive Ocean Views & soak up the sun.There are 2 air conditioners located in this unit for your comfort.The North - East facing Unit located right across the road from Corrigan’s Beach, park, & less than 100m stroll to the Batehaven Shopping Village, with its takeaway shops, restaurants and IGA facilities. A large children's playground is right across the road.newly renovated, with a shower, toilet and vanity. The laundry is separate with a top load washing machine.

Bedrooms: Linen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillowcases, doona and cover and bath towels. The cleaning fee when booking is the linen fee. Please bring beach towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.

Bedroom 1: King sized bed.
Bedroom 2: is a tri-bunk and second TV. Bring your own DVDs to play or use the Xbox so bring your own games to hook up as not connected to television stations.

Outdoors: You have a private patio out the front of your unit that has views directly across Corrigan’s beach reserve, there is a BBQ and outdoor area to enjoy. the complex has a pool for your use.

Pets: No pet’s policy.

Bookings: High- 7 night minimum. Mid and Low- 2 night minimum no Sunday arrival

Summary: The property was beautiful but very dusty. There was a dirty bikini in the kids room in the drawer and cupboard are so dusty. I had to clean the whole place once and also get it vacuumed.The linen from the previous guest was left without washing. But overall it was beautiful. The cleaner needs to clean the property as per invoiced to us.

Reviewer Comments: I rented this unit as I love the area and I took a chance hoping it was as nice as the pictures as often it isnt , and WOW it was fantastic very clean& tidy with very comfortable furniture , the location is great, I was worried about road noise but I slept like a baby :) the bed was better than mine at home and that's rare in holiday rental.... whole experience from the agency to access was seamless thank you will definitely book again.

With older kids that's a must for downtime but we still really lives it. Across from the beach, walking distance to stores and friendly neighbours, helpful neighbours. View was perfect, beds was comfortable and living room was relaxing.
