Summary: Located in a lively area of Boston and with direct access to the metro. Big and comfortable rooms, nice extras (coffee and snacks, swimming pool...), helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would come back and would recommend it.

Summary: Our stay started out bad - our room wasn’t ready at check-in time & we waited for close to an hour & was further disappointed by getting a room which faces another building.

Summary: Staff was excellent during our stay. Room was very clean with plenty of towels. The tissues in our bathroom were oddly wet, but we just didn’t use them. There was 4 of us and we could have used more outlets, but that was fine. The bed was a bit firm for my taste, still comfortable. Location is great, right in front of the T and the Pru/Hynes. We would definitely consider staying here again.
