Summary: Lovely hotel, great location with a tube stop outside, lots of restaurants, walking distance to Fenway Park. Staff and service was fabulous Room was spacious and beds very comfortable Lots of little extras - like a rubber duck and access to a guest cafe with snacks and drinks was a great bonus

Summary: Great location in the city, clean, nicely appointed room, staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking forward to the outdoor rooftop space but it was closed for the season without notice. Also pretty steep parking $$$ for 24 hrs. Adjoined restaurant was very nice with discount tickets given ant checkin. All in all I would stay there again without hesitation!

Summary: Close to everything! My daughter and I came for a concert at the ballpark and stayed five days. The hotel staff were great and the hotel restaurant was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: There was a private event at the rooftop pool area (above the 11th floor) and the music was SO LOUD and the BASS so high that our room literally thumped for 2 hours. When many people (including pilots and flight attendants) spoke with the front desk about it all that was offered was a very insincere “sorry”. So much for getting their required rest. We were looking for a little quiet time in a very busy wedding weekend. No luck!!

Summary: The rooms were spotless, bedding very comfortable and size of room was excellent. Location of hotel is great with lots of local shopping, restaurants and train station right out front. I would definitely recommend and would stay her again

Summary: Hotel facilities were excellent, complementary coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks. Food in Lucie restaurant and bar is fantastic. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, but a little outdated. We had one issue with an extremely rude server, but management (Marcus) quickly resolved the issue. I would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay this past weekend. Easy check-in, and if you do it online with their email the day before it’s really easier when you get there. Easy walk to Fenway Park and the Prudential Center is literally across the street. Parking was great as well and could be added to the room or handled separately. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Have stayed in the Colonade on numerous occasions. I found check in to be efficient but not friendly. The room was a good size but the shower was impossible to control. The coffee maker did not work and there was a stain on the carpet. We did not complain as we were only staying 1 night . A stop over after a long vacation. These items should be checked before the room is assigned.
