Positive: Was a beautiful hotel, and the location was great.
Negative: Our shower was lacking, and our tv had nothing but static. When we said something to front desk, he acted like he didn’t care. Also breakfast could have been better.

Positive: staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms were very clean, bed was comfortably and the lobby was amazing.
Negative: the coffee was not good looked very light and just tasted like hot water, at breakfast and the in room coffee I had to go to a coffee shop every morning to get my fix.

Positive: The room we had booked was great with an in room spa bath. Lovely and warm with a large bed and indoor fire place. So good we actually booked a second night there.
Negative: Breakfast was disappointing. A couple of stale muffins with jams etc and nothing warm in the trays apart from 1 burger sandwich. We were told the next day would be better but opted to go into town which was great.

Positive: The lobby was so homey and comfortable, nice pool and hot tub. There were puzzles, books, and dvds to borrow, my son and I completed a puzzle. Lovely. Also, they allow dogs.
Negative: A bit far outside of ‘town’ but close to the rodeo!
Summary: Absolutely loved our time and would love to stay again.

Positive: I loved that i could have my service dog with me. It was also nice they keep an extra roll of TP in the bathroom.
Negative: Would be nice to have a shelterd outdoor area for smoking. I enjoy a good cigar at night.

Negative: Attention wasn’t nice, my daughter and I were very tired from a long trip and we had to wait almost one hour. They didn’t want to honor booking.com rate and also said it didn’t show in their computer system. When I ask to talk to management then they were willing to accommodate Also we stayed two days and no one showed up to pick up the garbage or change sheets There was a spot of blood in one of the comforters that looked old I felt itchy when we left, and my daughter had a skin rash. Probably bed bugs
