The iconic Coach House (c1854) is situated on 956sqm of lake frontage with beautifully restored gardens and some of the best, uninterrupted and commanding views of Lake Daylesford.
The house has been renovated to sensitively blend contemporary living and comforts while preserving and show casing the historic features.
The property offers 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms accommodating up to a maximum of 12 guests. Bedrooms comprise:
- 2 King bedrooms, each allowing to be configured as king or 2 sing beds
- 2 Queen bedrooms
- 1 bedroom that can be configured as a King (that can split to 2 single beds) plus 2 trundles enabling the room to cater up to 4 people.
The house also offers 2 large bathrooms plus a separate powder room, laundry and a variety of spaces for guests to relax and entertain in. There are two sitting/lounge areas offering opportunities for groups to 'break out' and or individuals to enjoy some quiet time. Both the dining room and the grand balcony overlooking the lake allow for all occupants to dine together, while the gardens and the first floor terrace provide plenty of beautiful space to relax and unwind.

Summary: We loved the clean house, the lakeside location, warmth of the fireplace and everything the Coach had to offer. On a weekend filled with rain - we found the perfect house to nest in with boardgames activities, movies, cards and celebrations with friends and families. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking of staying here. The house has so much history and a great restoration inside and out makes it looks marvelous.

Summary: A lovely property. Everything we hoped for. All ten friends who called in on Saturday were blown away with the grandeur of the building. Our family were totally chuffed with the facilities, the extensive garden and the views from the balconies. Congratulations on bringing this delightful old lady back from its former run-down shell.

Summary: Sensational stay with family for my daughters wedding. The garden was a perfect location for pre wedding shots. The house was well appointed and spacious for our large group. Summary: As we were getting married at the nearby Lakehouse, we needed somewhere close but big enough the house us and a number of overseas guests. The coach house was the ideal location, a wonderful building steeped in history with ample space and amazing grounds overlooking the lake on either side. The host, Fiona, provided clear instructions and responded to all questions quickly. Definitely recommend and we would love to stay again in the future.

Summary: The location of this property is right on the lake with walk trails along spring sites right out the door. The place was very clean and the beds very comfortable. About a 15-20 minute walk into Daylesford or a few minutes drive. Definitely would stay here again with our extended family!
