Negative: No basics for our arrival on Sunday afternoon when supermarkets had shut. No tea, milk coffee etc. and only 2 dishwasher tabs for a 4 day stay

Positive: Plenty of space, loved the real fire, plenty of parking quiet and secluded

Negative: We have stayed in a number of similar properties in the same area, and whilst it was not the cleanest, it was by no means filthy either, all of the women in our group thought it lacked a woman’s touch if in this day and age your allowed to say it?

Summary: It was ok, but it would not be our first choice for return to the area

Positive: A beautiful quirky house, well presented and spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfy, the open fire a welcome treat, even in July! Wonderful eggs from the chickens and the most beautiful wild flower arrangement on arrival, many thanks 😊

Negative: Not a didn't like to be had but swapping the washing machine to a wash/dryer would be a fab idea, or a washing line available 😀

Positive: The whole house is amazing and beautifully kept. If we ever decide to visit Lindisfarne with friends or family, we will definitely re-book this place. If I may suggest something, it will be having the option of single beds in some rooms, especially when travelling with friends (instead of all being double beds), nonetheless, this wasn't a major issue. Overall, we were very happy 😊
