Positive: Loved the quirkiness of this property. Enjoyed the books and games and it was so lovely to find it had been decorated for Christmas. The tree was beautiful!

Negative: The mattress on one of the downstairs beds definitely needs replacing. Guests had to move to a different bed during the night. We had a lot of rain and some of the windows were leaking onto surfaces. Also the fire is lovely but maybe the flue needs checking as we had a lot of smoke coming into the lounge. Would be nice if tea/coffee was provided to get guests started

Positive: Beautiful house in a great location. Property was clean, well kept, furnishings were comfortable.

Negative: The down stairs bedrooms got very cold due to only a small radiator being in each room.

Summary: Beautiful house, great value for money, amenities are ideal, just got a bit cold in the evenings.
