Positive: Good size , with plenty of large rooms to spread out . Cleaned well throughout .
Negative: Very cold on arrival and downstairs didn’t get warm until early hours . Tv which we didn’t use is tilted and looks like it could tip over at anytime. One of the double beds ( in room with single ) broke in the night when someone turned over slats collapsed so they had to get up and fix it.
Summary: Great place for family friends to meet up.

Positive: Loved the quirkiness of this property. Enjoyed the books and games and it was so lovely to find it had been decorated for Christmas. The tree was beautiful!
Negative: The mattress on one of the downstairs beds definitely needs replacing. Guests had to move to a different bed during the night. We had a lot of rain and some of the windows were leaking onto surfaces. Also the fire is lovely but maybe the flue needs checking as we had a lot of smoke coming into the lounge. Would be nice if tea/coffee was provided to get guests started
Summary: We loved our stay at The Coach House. What a beautiful house for a family gathering. The space is better than in the pho
