Positive: I would definitely recommend the Coach and Horses. Tina was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. If, like me, you're walking the coast path, it's a mile up a lane to the guesthouse and also the bus stop is right outside.

Positive: Very friendly and helpful. Good pub Comfortable bed.

Negative: Thought we might get breakfast .. probably missed that when I booked. Pub shows B & B on wall so a bit misleading. Only sachet of sweetened coffee in room

Positive: Great location for walkers on the South West Coast path where Horns Cross it is located between Clevelly and Westward Ho! It is about 1 mile off the coast path on a main road where a public bus service operates

Negative: I realise that the pub is very small & probably does not even have access to a kitchen but it is a shame it is not able to offer any food whatsoever especially at breakfast time

Positive: Very handy location, room was very comfortable and the staff were super helpful. Loved having the tiny fridge in the room and everything was clean and well prepped. Handy to have the shower and bathroom in the room.

Negative: Being North Devon the signal is quite bad, so minimal phone, no wifi and tv signal was temperamental. Make sure to bring offline things to do!

Summary: A nice room in handy striking distance for North Devon attractions.
