Summary: I’ll start with the good. We loved the property, location, the accommodations, check in, bottle of wine and coffee provided. Unfortunately we had 2 separate incidents that were subpar. First we had some questions that we asked the front desk where we wanted to know if it was possible to take a shower after the check out time (10 am) and the answer was no but you can pay for an additional 1/2 day (for a hefty fee-the room rate for the whole night wasn’t much more) and the front desk wasn’t very nice about it. Then on the day we checked out we had an excursion so we picked up the room and took our bags just in case we were running beyond the 10 am check out. We did not check out at the front desk prior to the excursion. When the excursion ended, we had time so headed back to get a quick shower at 9:10 am and found the cleaning people already in the room stripping the bed. We entered the open door and had to tell the cleaning people that we have this room until 10 and need to shower so they left. I’m so disappointed in the whole experience. Minus these 2 incidences this could have been a 5 star review.

Summary: Apartments are spacious and nice. Parking is easy. Property is very nice and enjoyable just to walk around. There’s plenty of local restaurants and grocery nearby.

Summary: This was a very nice property in all aspects. Parking was easy and amenities inside condo and on property were great and clean. Staff always available and helpful, kind and friendly. The Mai tai Monday and produce market on property were added benefits! Breakfast food truck also nice option! Thank you!

Summary: The property is definitely dated, but there the apartment was full of what was needed and very organized. The only complaint I have about the apartment is the lack of A/C. It's much too warm to have no A/C. The overall property was fine but again, a little dated.

Summary: It was a delight to stay there. Everything was perfectly clean and in working order. Having a full kitchen was an extra benefit. Staff was very friendly and polite. We missed having an AC unit, but they were plenty of fans. There were lots of beautiful tropical plants and birds on the property and very nice view of a sunset over the ocean.

Summary: I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Kauai, and this time was no exception. Once again, I had a very satisfying stay. The reasons for my high rating are as follows: * The scenery around the hotel is wonderful * Very quiet and relaxing * The front desk service was excellent * The room was clean and bright * Housekeeping did a perfect job * Laundry facilities were available and very convenient * The air conditioner was powerful and efficient * Free parking was available Areas that could be improved: * The shower water pressure was weak * The amenities were insufficient (no coffee or water was provided)
