Summary: The hotel was very comfortable. We noted a strong smell of a cleaning agent which required us to change rooms. The staff handled very well. Fortunately there was a cancellation and there was a room available.

Summary: Beautiful hotel in heart of downtown Waukesha. Beautiful restaurant in hotel but only open certain hours which was disappointing. A little loud at night but since we are right downtown by all the bars, you should expect it.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay very much. Lovely property with character! As a solo, female traveler, I was uncomfortable parking on the 3rd floor of a ramp 2+ blocks away when I arrived at the hotel after dark. And the parking ramp's elevator isn't in service after 7:00, as I recall. I'm able bodied so was able to take the flights of stairs but it was rather scary. Then I needed to set up an account with Waukesha municipal parking. So - I loved the hotel; the parking was inconvenient & guests assume some risk if they park/need to retrieve their vehicle after dark from the ramp.

Summary: I really liked how it was in downtown Waukesha. I didn't rent a car and I didn't even miss it. I walked everywhere and felt very safe as a single woman. There were several dining options very close by and affordable. Wednesday and Thursday were very quiet and Friday night was kind of loud with people partying outside at the local bars. It didn't affect me too much. I loved my room. It was spacious and had high ceilings. The bed was SUPER comfortable and the shower was great.

Summary: I love how close it is to my daughter's college. We will stay here for all trips to Waukasha! Wonderful service, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms!
