Positive: Fantastic chef owned pub and B and B. The bed we slept in was a smaller version (double) of the bed we have at home (king). It was great. Food was fantastic. We booked in for dinner on the Saturday night and the place was busy. The bar staff hadn't seen it so busy before, This place has a great reputation as

Negative: There was some issues with the water pressure. The owner apologised for and suspected there was an external reason for this as he was affected in the kitchen himself because of it. There was nothing he could do about it.

Positive: Good parking and check in details Pleasant room in a very quiet location so easy to sleep well in safety. Lovely bar area and friendly staff Atmosphere really pleasant in the early evening and the meal I had was top notch. It was the best meal I've had out for a long time. Guinness on draught! Fantastic! Even as I am an older lady travelling on her own I felt relaxed reading a book in the corner.
