Summary: The services are good but the overall infrastructure facilities and rooms are outdated. However we did have a good time staying there. The amenities could be made more environmental friendly it’s a hotel located in the forest after all.

Summary: Our stay with the family and friends was pleasant and relaxing. This is not a high end hotel by international standards, and is very "local" in feel and looks, but it was nonetheless pleasant. The only disappointment is the proximity to the Xitou park and Monster Village, and lack of shuttle bus to and from. It's a good 10-15 minute walk. Doesn't sound much, but it does make a difference when you're with toddlers and the elderly. They said they had shuttles during the weekday but not on the weekends, which was beyond me. Otherwise, the service was decent, and we loved the band in the afternoons and evenings. Wish they had a bigger crowd to support them! Overall a fun and relaxing stay.
