Negative: Some of the cutlery, bowls and plates weren’t very clean. Mattresses not overly comfy, ok for children.

Positive: Location good. Kitchen well supplied with with everything we needed

Negative: If we had stayed longer we wouldn’t have liked the garden which was scruffy and untidy, and the sitting room was functional but nor particularly comfy or welcoming. As it was a 1nights stay enroute to south coast it wasn’t relevant.
