Negative: I'm 5ft 7in, but my two friends are 4ft 11in, and one is disabled and walks with a cane. The steps down into the bedrooms and the height of the beds were challenging for them.

Negative: It might be helpful to have some kind of signage to help ensure you are at the correct location. Initially we were not sure if we were at the correct place.
