Summary: Service, behaviour of staffs were great! Room needs more attention. TV unit is too small. Other few toilet installations are to be replaced.

Summary: Has good food option in breakfast and in-room dining. The path to beach access should be cleaned, may be resort doesn't own it. Check-out time should be extended to 10 AM at least instead of 8AM, should be have sometime after breakfast.

Summary: Food was good. Staff was great. Room condition was poor. Room service staff was good, but the condition of the room, with AC leaking water at times, small TVs that would turn off periodically left something to be desired. The room smelled when we entered and had to be sprayed. I believe it was likely because of the moisture. There was a lot of moisture all around.

Summary: Excellent location for Puri and the close by beaches. Our room had a partial view of the sea. The staff are excellent and went beyond means to make us feel comfortable ! The restaurant food is North Indian and good. We are there almost everyday. Restaurant staff too are polite. Just a note I want to mention: A bath May would have helped in the bathroom as senior people find it hard to get out of the shower with wet feet and could be dangerous. Also, we were 3 adults in one room and the resort charges for the extra adult to be in the room, however the amenities are not of 3 people. There are only 2 cups and tea/coffee sachets are only two. Bottled water is two bottles so perhaps this can be accommodated for 3 people.

Summary: Stay was OK. We did booking for 3 rooms and we reached the hotel at 10.45 am. First room we got at 11.30 am and the other two rooms after 12.30 pm.
