Summary: Our room windows was really draft to the point the two of us and the room was freezing, we did ask to change rooms and we changed to a smaller room and the windows and frames were drafty so much so that it was blowing the carpet and we wer again freezing all night, I've since emailed the manager looking a refund with no answer back
