Positive: How they created a meal plan for us, day 1. Staff was pleasant & cheerful. Earl was especially such a pleasure to be around & learn from as our life guard. Having a place that was more intimate & personalized for us.

Negative: Just a smell in the first room (unsure if it was pillow or bed), had difficulty breathing that night. But staff accommodated and changed us quickly to an upgraded room. Thanks Staff.

Positive: We stayed in Sept and the resort was quiet. All the staff - from reception, gardeners, house services, bar and restaurant - were utterly lovely and made the stay. It was a very chilled vibe. Water access for jumping and not jumping was abundant. It was beautiful.

Positive: Their staff are so tentative. I just love this place. There are only like 11 cottages, and place is just serene, and relaxing. It's like a retreat.

Negative: I did not like that there was not a longer step to get into the water because there is no beach. They should make the steps lower so you do not have to jump off. It needs to go lower into the water.

Positive: The location and design are stunning! This is the hotel for those whose tastes run to traditional, organic, natural and homespun. Nothing corporate or soulless here! A place out of time with a real old-fashioned Jamaican vibe, and sustainability- and conservation-conscious. So many lovely little touches. The rum taster session in the underground cave was especially cool! The band who played us Bob Marley songs under the stars.... The staff were all, without exception, super friendly and helpful. New friends were made! The place feels like a family, complete with lovely family of tiny cats ❤️
