Positive: The accommodations were what should be expected for about $130/night. The location was great.

Negative: The virtual check-in was a disaster. The employee's internet wasn't working, and confirmation emails were never sent. The housekeeping staff spoke no English (only Spanish), and when I had issues, there was an air of content in the interaction. The water took about 5 to 7 minutes to get hot enough to tolerate for a shower. One of our pillow cases was dirty, the floor appeared to have had past water damage, and the transition piece between the bathroom and vanity area wasn't attached. There was no soap at the vanity area, and no ventilation in the toilet/shower room. I won't be staying here again.

Positive: Theme was cute. Comfortable bed and pillows. Mini-fridge, microwave. Free parking.

Negative: Video Checkin with staff in Columbia. Really friendly but, a big disconnect with property and follow thru. We had to change rooms for the second night. Broken air/heat system. The second room had multiple broken things. Plumbing fixture, missing night stand lamp, no bedside outlet on that side.

Summary: I’ll look elsewhere next time.
