Positive: One of the most magical stays in the SE QLD region. Castle on Tambourine is everything you expect it to be and more. Spacious accommodation, quiet, tranquil, amazing room fitouts, comfy bed and all the amenities you desire, including a Spa that feels like Ancient Rome. Photos don’t do this place justice, it is a peaceful paradise with cute roaming peahens. The value for money is incredible compared to anywhere else! The breakfast is vouchers to local cafes which were delightful.

Negative: Don’t expect a sleep in, no blinds in the bathroom or door for the bathroom means sun up wake up. But it is nice if you want to get up early to take advantage of the day. The Projector also doesn’t provide the best picture and can only really be used at night due to glare! The Key Panel for entering the property also requires you to hop in and out of the car, during the pouring rain it’s less than ideal.

Positive: The indoor pool and the bed amazing!! All the complimentary things were great.

Negative: Only 1 toilet up stairs, had to go up stairs all the time, tv projector you couldn’t even see.

Positive: Love everything about the place, the location, the beautiful grounds and tranquil surroundings,whole medieval castle theme of the place, the interior decor that’s both modern and homely but has this feel of old Victorian royalty , the heated plunge pool, spacious spa bath, the comfy bed, the list goes on.

Negative: Only thing I could say if I really had to think about it is it could probably use a touch up of paint here and there, though it isn’t that obvious

Positive: Very Private, had everything we needed. Heated pool, fire place, spa was amazing. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Close to great restaurants and winery’s. Great accommodation.
