Summary: Such lovely staff but the floor in the bathroom was full ofhairs and the carpet had sooo many bits 😅 but the bedding was nice and fresh

Summary: The lady who checked us in appeared to not know what she was doing. When we called to say we wanted to check out we mentioned the issues we had with the room and were told by someone else we had been put in the wrong room. No 9ne gave us their names. Didnt see anyone else for the majority of our stay
