Summary: The lady who checked us in appeared to not know what she was doing. When we called to say we wanted to check out we mentioned the issues we had with the room and were told by someone else we had been put in the wrong room. No 9ne gave us their names. Didnt see anyone else for the majority of our stay

Summary: Absolutely great pet friendly hotel.breakfast was good with plenty to choose from and cathy the host was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us so we thank you for that. Super smashing great

Summary: Parking was easy, staff were absolutely wonderful, nothing too much trouble, room was clean, everything we needed, great water pressure in the showers, great chippy next door which we enjoyed relaxing in the room, plus a free continental breakfast. Can not fault anything

Summary: Basic but good value for money. Parking good. No staff on site at check-in, had to phone a mobile and get own keys/room allocation from a diary on the bar. Steep stairs, difficult for those with mobility issues as no staff available to assist. Bar unstaffed at the time (helped by a local customer who does casual work in the bar), and minimal choice of wines. Restaurant present (green plastic tablecloths), but only available food was by take away from next door fish&chip shop (annexed to the hotel) with usual fish&chip shop menu. Room adequate though compact. Washbasin very small, very difficult to fill the kettle. Nice shower. Room clean, but not serviced between day1&2. Second day, restaurant as before, went to local pub. On return, bar had closed at 8pm. Continental breakfast only (self service) but OK.

Summary: Rom was clean and tidy, states it a hotel but it’s more like a family run BnB. Very smooth stay in a small village in wales. Can’t really fault the place
