Positive: The living area and main top floor bedroom were lovely but remainder of property I found bizarre

Negative: The kitchen and downstairs loo is very dated and could do with a re repaint 100% Living room sofa isn’t the most comfortable Upstairs bathroom has no window so very dark in there and very noisy We actually found rock hard dog poo on the top level which wasn’t great Shower leaks in main bathroom It could be amazing with some TLC If you open top floor bedroom windows be prepared for doors to bang all night which kept me awake I had to put a chair in front of it. The locked cleaning cupboards aswel are just ver my creepy especially the one at the bottom of the bed

Summary: I did enjoy it however could do with TLC

Positive: Very comfortable with good facilities. The hot tub was fabulous. The owner was incredibly helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

Negative: The only minor downside is that it’s on a residential estate but the garden area is very private and there were two available parking spaces so it wasn’t a problem.

Positive: This is the only bed I've slept in that was more comfortable than my own at home. Roof over hot tub was perfect for the rainy weather we had. And it was done in such a way that when the sun did shine, it still came through. Great communication with staff.
