Summary: Usually at five-star properties, especially in desirable locations, the cost scales up much faster than what you get. The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. The goodie bag at departure is a small touch, but really drives home the property’s commitment to guest experience.

Summary: This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The actual hotel is beautiful with excellent facilities, but the staff are unbelievable and made our stay. I hardly ever do reviews but I have to recommend this hotel. Saas Fee is a beautiful ski village and loved everything about it.

Summary: Felt luxurious and special in every way; the family especially enjoyed the pool/s, spa and games room. We ate at both Brasserie 1809 and Spielboden by The Capra; from the stupendous breakfasts available and wide choice of delicious cuisine it was an undoubted highlight!
