Summary: Beautiful view of the state capitol bldg. Room was clean and spacious. Room door did not shut fully by itself - had to push/pull to ensure closure. Main treadmill in fitness room not working. Could not access fitness room until 7am since on the same floor as breakfast space which opened at 7am. However, sign on fitness room door indicated room opened at 530am so was ready to use at 6am but was told could not access until 7am. Signage needs to be correctes or access needs to be allowed as indicated. Staff was friendly and overall good stay and value. Will definitely consider again when returning to Hartford.

Summary: Upon arriving I was nervous as the parking and common areas were quite run down, but the room was much nicer and clean, and worked for our needs. Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is minutes walk to several restaurants. The hallway on the 4th floor smelled of cleaning products and something else, but the room smell was okay, and improved running the AC. I did not notice any eco-friendly features.

Summary: The hotel is fine except the beds are not queens as indicated. It’s a full size bed. Parking is also a disaster. The parking garage is ridiculous and space was not available for you to park despite paying for it. Customer service was excellent and understanding.

Summary: Check-in: Eric was beyond kind and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean, bright and airy. The bathroom was spacious. I photographed a wedding up the road. Was in for the night. Fast turn around stay. Breakfast was included. It was a nice , comfy stay.

Summary: My stay at the capital was very great the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly also I might add there is couple good restaurants like black eye sally, insomnia cookie and pho restaurant and many more other places
