Positive: Beautiful grounds, nature ,swimming pools amazing rooms with terraces .great place to relax and star gaze at night . After a slight hiccup at the start Caroline the manager turned it around in about 15 minutes with exceptional professionalism and sorted us out and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect , so a personal big thank you for looking after us so well and make our holiday perfect and memorable. Thank you also the the restaurant team who looked after us so well .

Negative: The fact that you only have one option to eat at the restaurant therefore you are kind of have to eat there all the time which is great for a couple of days only

Positive: Wonderful location, incredibly relaxed atmosphere, total tranquility. Top notch food and all reasonably priced. Great communication from moment of booking and on site.

Negative: Nothing not to like but the beds were a little hard and it would have been nice to have a coffee machine / kettle in the room.

Positive: If you want to wake up and say WOW 20 times per day, then this is the place. Absolutely beautiful tranquility, great facilities and friendliest staff ever. Ed and Carol (front of house) really went the extra mile to make us feel special. Evening meals and wine also very good and very well priced. We're coming back next year (and the year after) !!!

Negative: Absolutely nothing !

Positive: An absolute gem of a hotel. We visited during the off peak season (Aug) and felt like we had discovered a total secret - hot weather, super relaxing setting, beautiful rooms, a delicious ever changing menu, staff were friendly, attentive but never in your face, treatments that rival Bamford and the overall vision for the place was stunning. We honestly cannot wait to go back. 10/10, five stars, A class.
