Positive: Its new and clean.

Negative: No soap or shampoo or drinking water or tea and coffee. Light switch not next to bed. Only room for one bed side table. Air-conditioning is noisy, not because its old but its not a split system. Lighting us very bright and has no dimmer or bedside lamp.

Summary: Room for improvement.
