Positive: The room size was around 14 ft by 12ft. The suite has a kitchen, dining and living all in one and was quite spacious around 25ft wide. It was close to Harmu market. We extended our stay by two days.

Negative: The rate is a bit high for home stay. Rs 2500/- would have been great.

Positive: Property is in prime location all the staff and owners are really helpful. There was dedicated parking for our car which is so convenient. Kitchen is also quick chef prepared tea for us quickly.

Positive: The staff and their behaviour. Room Service. Room lighting. Quiet and peacefull surroundings. Clean Bathroom. Food was pretty decent, slighty salty and heavy on oil but nothing to complain about. Aloo Paratha must try. Pretty good place to stay if your going solo.

Negative: Room needs to be cleaner. Curtians and blankets were stained. Menu should be longer. Not all the items given in the menu were available. Paneer was never there, as they were having issues sourcing it. Also they use mustard oil, which has a distinct flavour of its own, someone like me who is used to sunflower and coconut oil will find the flavour slightly strong and off putting. Needs more staff. No view from the window on ground floor.

Negative: Breakfast was booked.. they don't have facility .. caretakers were sleeping till 10 am... They got cold good .. unhygienic from outside
