Positive: Very nice location, and nice welness area/spa offerings, although the outside pool is smaller than what pictures suggest. A special mention and thank you to Kiki who was exceptionally nice and professional during my spa facial treatment.

Negative: The lighting in the room was insufficient, and the pillows were also very uncomfortable. Considered the price range of the hotel and the price tag attached to their services, I find it unacceptable that they request a payment of CHF 1.50 for a fried egg at breakfast.
