Summary: We had a very nice time at the Cadillac House. It’s well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly. The bar and restaurant are very nice.

Summary: This is our third or fourth visit to this property, and while we had a comfortable stay, the condition of the property needs some attention. The first impression upon opening the door was our heavily stained rug in the living area. Our friends had a room on the third floor that also had a dirty rug. These should be steamed cleaned regularly, it’s really unsightly. There were lots of scuff marks on the walls throughout our room. On our balcony there was trash from the previous guest, including a bag of empty beer bottles and a can that had been used as an ashtray. Several hangers from a dry cleaners were left in the bathroom. The cleaning seemed haphazard. This won’t deter me from staying again, but I would really hope that some effort would be put into keeping the hotel looking great. We all know Hilton has the money.

Summary: Charm in spades. The skywalk between buildings was delightful. In late summer , that is. Paper thin walls, however. I heard things I’d rather not. Room very nice. Great location in town. Nice bar and restaurant. Free spacious parking! Coffee in lobby would be a plus but coffee shop across street saved the day.

Summary: The noise from the road was unbelievable. It was so loud it was hard to have a conversation, we didn’t sleep 5 minutes. Also I was told we could get the tigers game, then when I went to access it I couldn’t. The desk said oh sorry we don’t have that! Paid over $250 for one night! We go to this hotel every year for a concert but may rethink it from now on.

Summary: The hotel has charm, and was clean, but the staff was very awkward and unwelcoming. When we were checking in, we noticed there was a wedding setting up. Little did we know, our room was directly above the reception room and our room was literally shaking all night from the speakers below us. Had we known the circumstance, we wouldn't have booked this hotel. Nothing was mentioned when we booked or when we arrived. I reached out to the hotel three days ago and still haven't received a response.
