Positive: A nice area with lots of wildlife and some nice dog walks. A lovely bonus was the free 1 hour each day use of the heated indoor swimming pool which was like walking into your bath. The owner Jean was lovely and she works jolly hard keeping everyone happy and yes there is a lot of maintenance to attend to and unfortunately she has been let down but overall it's a great place to have a quiet retreat.
Negative: We stayed in a very hot spell and as the cabin has no insulation the heat was horrendous and was over 30 degrees Inside, we brought our own fans so having them included in the cabin would be a great addition. The blackthorn hedge surrounding the cabin garden isn't ideal if you have dogs or children.

Positive: Thanks Jean for a lovely stay, it was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was a bonus. Great value for money and we were made to feel welcome.

Positive: The location was excellent and peaceful. Access to heated pool was just great and fun with kids. You can get to local towns quite quickly. A must visit is Holkham Estate.

Positive: Privacy and peace and quiet. Heated pool was great for our needs. Fabulous to be able to take our dog with us- she loved the walks. The Cabin was very comfortable, warm and cosy. Perfect for a chilled time away from it all.
