Owners live next door. We are here to help with anything you might need while respecting your privacy.
Cute and charming are the two words heard when guests walk in. One bedroom with queen bed and full bath on main level. Living room opens to the lake with your own dock.
Large loft area with balcony overlooking lake has one king bed and one queen bed. Great fun area for kids or kids at heart.
A secret hiding place for kids has been built under the stairs complete with toys for young children.
Anglers Haven Resort and Restaurant is within walking distance and is a great place to enjoy food and drink. You can call for take out or dine on their deck overlooking LCO Lake.

Summary: Steps from the lake, 10 min from Hayward, a perfect getaway. We could not of asked for a better place to stay. We were greeted with a smile and any help we needed was taken care of promptly. We're definitely coming back.

Summary: We had a great time together as a family. The boys enjoyed fishing and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing. We wished there was a larger bed in the bedroom, but there isn't a lot of space. Good times were had by all. We also enjoyed our meal at Angler's Haven.

Summary: Everything about our stay at the Cabernet Cabin was perfect! My sister and I and our elderly mother found the accommodations clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Kitchen supplies/utensils were useful, great views of the peaceful lake, gorgeous sunrises from the loft bedroom, we really couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We all slept soundly in the cozy beds and quiet surroundings. Our hosts were thoughtful and responsive - really kind people that obviously take a lot of pride in this home. We would 100% recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!

Summary: The Cabernet cabin was perfect for our family- our girls ran out and jumped in the water each morning, and love the bonfire at night. Kathleen and Steve were so kind and welcoming. It's was great stay, and we plan to come back!

Summary: The house is just as advertised. It was so cozy and clean and beautifully decorated. And the fact that it’s right on the water (and I mean RIGHT on the water!) was a terrific bonus!
