Positive: Lovely hosts very welcoming. Loved the location and garden with the goats. Place was lovely and clean, facilities were excellent. Enjoyed the local walks. Had a wonderful holiday.

Positive: Really clean and beautifully maintained. Plenty of space for the two of us. Lovely shared garden where we could eat and enjoy the sunshine. Excellent, friendly hosts who were quick to answer queries before arrival and very helpful when checking in. Great farm shop across the road and plenty of places to explore nearby with lovely walking/cycling lanes right from the front door.

Negative: Property is pretty close to the A35 which is a very busy main road. The traffic noise actually wasn't that bad inside but not the best if you want somewhere more remote. You can easily see its location on the map before you book though.

Summary: Comfortable and spacious property, ideal place to stay while exploring the local area

Positive: Parking space, dedicated guest garden, farm animals. It might be good to mention the nearby farm shop / cafe across the road because we only found it by mistake and I think it's a fabulous 'selling' point. Would definitely recommend and return ourselves.
