Positive: 1.Location. 2. Privacy. 3. Small outside terrace with view. 4 Kitchen/ lounge area. 5 The provision of continental breakfast , coffee, milk etc is a wonderful idea which we greatly appreciated.
Negative: Needing to carefully position the shower head so as not to spray the bathroom floor .

Positive: Excellent location and views. Apartment, furnishings and fittings looked new. Excellent taste and spotlessly clean. Exceptionally well equiped. Patio with outdoor seating overlooking fields. Quiet location in countryside but minutes into Exeter. Host is very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable.

Positive: Beautiful rolling countryside views and private terrace. Generous choice for breakfast as well as biscuits and cold drinks in fridge Very helpful and kind Chloe put us at our ease and nothing too much trouble. Comprehensive filder of information
Negative: The only thing I found a bit difficult was reversing down the drive. This says more about my reversing skills as there was plenty of space to park near our front door.
