Positive: Great spaces for us to share with my parents in law. We all had room to move and space to work and relax. Super large bedrooms and very comfy large beds, both with ensuites. Location was fabulous, easy to walk around town and the car park space was very convenient and much appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and every thing was clean and well presented. Responsive hosts as well and good communication. Really was a special stay for our 8 days there.

Negative: Nothing to fault! My parents in law might say a slightly higher couch! Haha.

Summary: Spacious, well designed and well kept- a lovely apartment in Dunedin.

Positive: Nice and spacious apartment very close to the middle of town. Exceptional fit out and facilities. Very quiet area and good instructions from the host on entering the property. Would recommend to anyone going to Dunedin.

Positive: Very central city location -close to many city attractions.

Negative: We had issues accessing the carpark and no staff were on hand in Dunedin to assist. We fortuitously had someone unrelated arrive to open the shared secure parking to access our vehicle. The space is huge and we were only 3 people. Great if you are staying a while and hosting friends or family. Probably more than we needed as a place to just sleep between being out and about enjoying the sights.
