Summary: It's lovley, and offers good value considering the alternatives in that location. Quirky room which we liked a lot, and clean. A particular member of staff, could have been more accommodating, and welcoming as guests, but maybe got her on a bad day. Worth a stay.

Summary: Lovely pub/hotel with lots of old world charm. Clean and comfortable in a great location. Stayed for Sunday lunch which was excellent. Bedroom was spacious and had everything you could need. My only very slight negative was the traffic noise, as our room was at the front.

Summary: The room was much smaller than anticipated. Not enough space for one person, let alone 2. No room for clothes, suitcases or anything else for that matter. I am very familiar with the area and was looking for quaint place to bring my wife to. was sadly disappointed.

Summary: Excellent and helpful staff. Failed to let them kow about a cheese allergy, but when the meal arrived with mash containing cheese, they whipped it away, and remade the meal with cheese free mash, no quibbles. Thank you!.
